PRINT.WORKS Delivery Information: 

Our PRINT.WORKs Range is entirely made to order. Please note that our standard delivery timeframe is 8-10 working days from the date of your order.

 If you've ordered multiple items from the &SONS website then please be aware that they will arrive separately due to timeframes and fulfilment.  

Please take a moment to review our Returns Policy for our PRINT.WORKS Range. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacement:

We accept returns only in cases where the item is damaged or faulty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage or a defect, we cannot accommodate returns.

2. Return Window:

You may initiate a return or replacement for damaged or faulty items within 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. Return Process:

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team on either live chat or on customer@andsons.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the item, and details about the damage or defect.
  • Attach clear photograph that clearly show the damage or defect. This will help us assess the issue accurately.

4. Returns Portal Usage:

For damaged or faulty items, please do not use our standard returns portal. Follow the process outlined above to contact our customer service team directly.
