&SONS RETURNS POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY - REFUNDS ONLY ON FAULTY ITEMS

You may return your purchase for an exchange within 14 days of receiving it by sending the item back to us at the address below. Be sure to obtain a proof of postage or receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. Please specify the reason for the exchange on the returns form in your parcel. Items being returned to be exchanged must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and if possible in the original packaging. &SONS reserves the right to refuse an exchange on items deemed not to be resalable.

This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers returning orders from outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. We recommend that overseas customers send their returns via a registered trackable service. We can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Handmade boots are made to order and are non returnable.

This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

FAULTY ITEMS

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty please email mark@andsons.co.uk and we will advise on what to do next.

You can return / exchange products up to 14 days after purchase (Except for the Hudson Handmade Boots). Providing the garment is okay to resale we will offer a full refund or exchange.
