Shipping to UK addresses

All orders over £100 will qualify for FREE Delivery. Orders under £100 will be charged a flat fee of £5.95.

We aim to process and dispatch same day, for UK orders that have been placed before 2pm on weekdays. We use Royal Mail (and DPD for larger orders) who typically deliver within 48 hours; however, we ask for you to allow up to 7 working days from dispatch for your item to arrive. During busy periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer.

Shipping outside of the United Kingdom

All orders over £200 will qualify for FREE Delivery, excluding Poland, Taiwan, and Czech Republic, which is £350 or over for free delivery. Orders under £200/£350 will be charged a flat fee of £10.00. (Please note, the currency you pay in will be automatically changed to your local currency)

We aim to process and dispatch same day. We will dispatch all orders that are outside of the UK using a trusted carrier such as DHL and FedEx, they may in turn pass on the parcel to a third party courier (for example Postnord) to fulfil the delivery. The shipping, duty, and taxes will be calculated at checkout when using the UK website. The price you pay at checkout will be final, and you will not need to pay anything extra once it arrives at your country.


USA Shipping

We are delighted to announce our US website is now live & stock is now held & dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Columbus. This means customers can now get free delivery on all orders over $150, with no additional duties on arrival of purchase. United Kingdom returns

For returns within the UK, please use the link  Here

1 - Enter only the numbers from your order number and postcode.

2 - Tell us what you're sending back, and what you would like.

3 - Print out the form and put it inside your parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, please handwrite the information, including the RMA number which is shown on the form.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and socks cannot be returned. Please use our live chat for advice on sizing.

Any SALVAGE STOCK, FAULTY STOCK or SECONDS STOCK, are non-returnable. They are sold as seen. Before purchasing, please talk with our customer service team about any questions you may have.

PRINT.WORKS: We accept returns only in cases where the item is damaged or faulty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage or a defect, we cannot accommodate returns. Please see policy here

The portal will give you a pre paid shipping label, which will show you the cost. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange & Refund Policy

You have 14 days to start your return from the date your order was delivered. We do not offer free returns, so be sure to obtain proof of postage or receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Items being returned must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused, with all tags attached, and if possible, in the original packaging.

&SONS reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Faulty Items

&SONS Trading Co. Ltd strives to produce high-quality garments that meet our customers' expectations. However, in the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we have the following terms and conditions.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item to report the issue.
  • We will require photographic evidence of the fault before we can process your request.
  • If a fault develops after 30 days and within 6 months, you must email to us to prove that the fault is a manufacturer fault.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been altered or customised in any way, or items that have been damaged due to improper care or use.
  • If we determine that the product is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of shipping for the return and exchange or refund.
  • We will provide a full refund or exchange if the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged upon receipt and inspection by our team.
  • If the fault is not confirmed, we may refuse the refund or exchange and may ask for additional information or evidence to support your claim.
  • &SONS Trading Co. Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Our faulty product return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How long will my return take to process?

Once the return arrives with us, the process of the return may take up to 14 working days. But typically, between 5-7 days. Refunds may take another 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on who you bank with. All exchanges will be sent out within 3 working days once processed. Customers returning orders are responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.

Please note, once your return is delivered to the warehouse, you’ll get a confirmation email within 5 days. It is at this point where we will process your return.
