EU Shipping Update

To all of our European customers, we apologise for the latest disruptions and inconvenience caused following BREXIT on January 1st 2021. As you can imagine, these changes have been out of our control and we are working relentlessly to find a solution for our European customers. We are currently working with trade agencies here in the UK to find a better solution. At present, all European customers may pay duty on our goods as they enter the country and these tariffs change country by country. We would recommend checking on your government’s website for full details on duty and imports from the UK. Thank you for your ongoing support. We hope to get this situation sorted soon. Shipping to UK addresses

All orders over £100 will qualify for FREE Delivery. Orders under £100 will be charged a flat fee of £5.95.

We aim to process and dispatch same day, for UK orders that have been placed before 2pm on weekdays. We use Royal Mail Tracked Service and therefore we ask for you to allow up to 48 hours from dispatch for your item to arrive. During busy periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer.

Shipping outside of the UK

We charge a flat fee of £18 for international deliveries. For orders to Japan or Australia, we charge £25. 

Due to customs and border control, parcels being sent outside of the UK can be subject to delays. We will dispatch same day, if the order is placed before 2pm GMT weekdays and we ask customers to allow between 10-14 days for the parcel to arrive. Although it is often delivered quicker than this.

Returning an Item?

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please click the link below and fill out the online form. You will need your order number and delivery postcode.

Exchange / Returns Portal

Choose what item/items you are sending back, and tell us if you would like a refund or an exchange. 

A list of 5 options will appear for you to click. You will need to select one of these options, and any additional comments can be added in the notes field. 
At the end of the form ,you will be given a returns slip to print, to put inside of your parcel. The returns address will also be there to view too.

Exchange & Refund Policy

We have a 14 days returns policy. Be sure to obtain a proof of postage or receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. Please specify the reason for the exchange or refund on the returns form in your parcel. Items being returned to be exchanged must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and if possible in the original packaging. &SONS reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

How long will my return take to process?

Once the return arrives with us, the process of the return may take up to 14 working days. But typically between 5-7 days. Refunds may take another 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on who you bank with. All Exchanges will be sent out within 3 working days once processed. Customers returning orders are responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.

International Returns

Customers returning orders from outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. We recommend that overseas customers send their returns via a registered trackable service. We can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

Non-Returnable Items

Handmade boots are made to order and are non returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Faulty Items

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty please email customer@andsons.co.uk and we will advise on what to do next.
