EU Shipping Update 
To all of our European customers, we apologise for the latest disruptions and inconvenience caused following BREXIT on January 1st 2021. As you can imagine, we have been left in the dark around the details and working tirelessly to find a solution for our European customers. We are working with our delivery partner DPD and trade agencies here in the UK to setup a better solution.
At present, all European customers may pay duty on our goods as they enter the country and these tariffs change country by country. We would recommend checking on your government’s website for full details on duty and imports from the UK.

&SONS RETURNS POLICY

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY 

Be sure to obtain a proof of postage or receipt when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us. Please specify the reason for the exchange or refund on the returns form in your parcel. Items being returned to be exchanged must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and if possible in the original packaging. &SONS reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on items deemed not to be resalable.

This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Customers returning orders from outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. We recommend that overseas customers send their returns via a registered trackable service. We can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Handmade boots are made to order and are non returnable.

This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

FAULTY ITEMS

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty please email customer@andsons.co.uk and we will advise on what to do next.
